My fitbit ionic did not update my sleep this morning despite numerous resets.

A warm welcome to the Community @Naisortep! Thanks for the reset that you performed. I would like you to confirm you have all the requirements, so your Ionic can properly track your sleep:
- Your tracker wasn't taken off at any point during the night
- Confirm your tracker is snug on your wrist (the HR lights should't be visible)
- Try using your Ionic in your non-dominant hand
- Change the setting to sensitive to normal
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Doesn't help unfortunately. Tried all of the obvious but still not tracking and/or syncing.

I’ve done all the resets as well. They only way it will “track” my sleep is if I start and stop on the mobile app. Defeats the purpose. So far I am really annoyed with the watch and it’s sync issues.
