Ionic died during a run

Can't get it to charge either. Also lost ability to use mobile tracker on my new phone. Ugghhhh

none of those worked? Sunday my twins were playing with it and it just
turned on. 0% sowed and I was able to charge it. I'm using it but honestly
this isn't the first time something like this has happened. I'm losing
challenges and can't monitor vials the way I planned when I got this thing.
It really sucks! I am trying now to get the mobile tracker feature working
and can't find the icon on my app now?
Did something change with one of the updates?
