Ionic died while charging

I was charging my fitbit Ionic, it was on 46 percent of battery (last time i checked) and now it died and just turned off and I cant "wake" him up. Any ideas, what to do? I have this watch about 10 months as replacement for my original watch

Thanks for letting me know that your Ionic stopped working while it was on the charging cable. I would like you to try restarting it and check if it turns on, follow the instructions on this article.
