How to solve my fitbit ionic that show X : data not cleared sinc & try again??

I try to find this information but never solve this matter..

@Kumalasari Welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know the message you're seeing on your watch. 

 

I appreciate the research done prior to posting. I would like you to follow this troubleshooting: 

 

- Remove your watch from Bluetooth 

- Turn off other Bluetooth connections

- Restart your phone 

- Set up your Ionic as a new device
