Ionic stopped working

Hi,

after having numerous issues with my charge 3 I eventually took up a replacement offer for the ionic and after 5 weeks this has also stopped working.

Screen frozen, hard reset done, now won’t pair, app blank and screen frozen again.

sent emails to support but no response.

Can someone help please.

Thanks for letting me know that you decided to upgrade to Ionic after having a Charge 3. I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.
