Ionic died

Hi all I ran the London marathon last week and as I crossed the finish line and ended the exercise on my ionic. Trouble is the watch has  completely died before I had a chance to sync it to my account. It’s in warranty so I’m being sent a new one, but unfortunately unless I can get my old device switched on I can’t sync my Marathon run to my account which obviously I want to do. Does anybody know if it is possible sync a device that’s completely dead? Thanks

Yeah I thought that may be the case, annoying because the run is in there. Thanks.
