After a year and a half of frustrating issues, mostly screen freezes and GPS issues, my Ionic finally died. I've tried factory restart and regular restart probably over a dozen times. It happened my second day of an epic vacation where I planned to use it to track my mountain bike rides and hiking adventures. I'm so disappointed. The watch wasn't cheap and I would expect it would last longer than a year an a half.

I have had to replace my fitbit twice in the last 6 mos because it just died for no reason. After the first one died I just bought another one, but this time I contacted support and they are sending out a replacement tracker. Instead of having it happen a 3rd time, I bought a Samsung Gear watch instead. I loved the Ionic though, it did everything I wanted in a fitness watch. My screen went blank all of a sudden and I tried to factory reset, charge it (was already at 94% last I saw the screen) but nothing worked. I am going to gift the replacement tracker that is on it's way to a friend who has been wanting one for his wife. Good luck my friend
