I set up my New Ionic on my iPhone 12. I update it and it works fine for a few hours and then it disappears from devices in the app and I have to set it up again. It keeps disappearing from devices so I even tried a full reset, deleting the app, deleting item from Bluetooth, restarting everything but it keeps leaving the devices list. Sometimes it also shows the wrong time zone also and if I change it to manual the devices also disappears that way too. I never had this problem with my sense. I just like the ionic looks wise but this is driving me crazy and I can’t find any help online

I understand how you are feeling about this situation and would like to confirm if you're using several devices to sync your watch? If you're using several devices for syncing, the watch is trying to connect to both and the Bluetooth connection can be interfered.
