Hi,
Loading musics to Fitbit Ionic is being a big head pain.
I want currenlty to change the musics i have in fibit, by loading 2 new playlists.
I do everything ok, until it's going to prepare the transfer. then i got the message that fitbit was disconnected?
I check in the settings -about and the wifi connection is off.
I tried several times. I also removed and added several times the fitbit to the pc but the problem remains.
The initial connection to Wifi works perfectly , but then it disconnetcs
I add 2 pictures 1. when connection is ok. 2- error message

It's great to see you around @nelsonbatalha. Thanks for the details mentioned and the screenshot attached.
Sorry to hear you're experiencing these inconveniences with your watch while transferring music. Your watch only stays in transfer mode for a few minutes. If you took a few extra minutes to choose your playlists, restart the download if you don’t see “Use your computer to start transferring music” on your watch's screen. To do so, tap Transfer Music on your watch again and wait a few moments for the download to start. For best results, plug your watch into the charger before downloading music.
You can find the instructions in how to transfer music in this article.
Let me know how it goes.

I noticed once I disconnected my Ionic from my phone, the connection with the PC was steady. It seemed as though the ionic was fighting between the connection on my phone and PC.

That was my first thought about what was causing it. Therefore one ofnthe first things I did was turning off the Bluetooth of the phone. But it didn't help. Also to avoid problems of conflict, I turned off the Bluetooth mouse that I use with the PC (using one with a cord) , but also the problem persists
