On my second Ionic after the first one failed (corrupted as far as I can tell) after installing one of the 3rd party clock faces. That was replaced by Fitbit.
Now on the second and problems again! When the battery is out the watch, even after syncing loses time so was forced into factory reset to try and resolve the issue.
After the latest reset the watch is frozen on the initial 'learn about' shortcuts bit where it blinks and says press the left hand button - nothing!
Tried all the usual stuff i.e. holding down left and bottom right, re syncing etc but to no avail. None of my devices even see the Ionic now.
Any ideas?
