Ionic display nor working properly

The display on my ionic is not working properly after only having it for 1 month. My fitbit shows lines of color but does not produce the picture it needs to have. The color is there but it wont show anything.

Do a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Thanks for that suggestion @SunsetRunner! You can also check these tips in case that your Fitbit Ionic is having issues with the battery.
