I had my Fitbit ionic for just over 1 year, but now the heart rate sensor is not reading correctly, the display keeps fading (making it hard to read/ see), the screen colour also fades away, and also there is ghosting images left when switching between screens. Not sure as to what can be done to rectify (I have tried resetting on numerous occasions).
Can this be repaired, as I concerned as to whether to purchase a replacement for this to occur again, after all I do not expect £300.00 unit to fail after 12 months?
Is this covered by the warranty of 24 months, does the issues?

A warm welcome to the Community @Monty-PJM. I appreciate the details mentiond and troubleshooting tried.
Currently, we don't have a repair center. I was going to create a case on your behalf with our Support team and they've mentioned you already have a case with them, rest assure that our team reviews each case individually and the options provided is based in the Fitbit Warranty.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
