Ionic display not working

ionic worked well. but suddenly auto brightness stop working. then after few days once in the morning display not working. I could only see back light. I tried some time but noting happened. after few days I tried again. and it started. but the next day same problem. it restart continuously and display appear and gone. after that only back light appear. I can feel resets options both 2 buttons and 3 buttons. can find my fitbit with my phone. but cannot  connect without the CODE appear on screen. What happened with my watch and how can I solved it? After the last update it happened.

I appreciate the detailed information shared. Since your display isn't working and you're unable to set your Ionic, please try restarting it and check if the display works after this.

  • See the thread fitbit ionic dead it's happened to loads of us. Your seal has probably been compromised and there's water that's got inside. If it's still in warranty get it replaced asap if it's not like mine you have an expensive month ahead of you if you want a new one. PS I haven't gone fitbit this time
