Ionic display won't swipe up

  • About a week ago my Ionic no longer swipes up from the clock face. It will show the Fitbit logo, then default back to the time. Information is updated on the app, but unable to view without my phone. I have already reset it several times.  NOTE: swiping right to left still works.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. Since you've tried to restart the watch, I recommend switching to a Fitbit clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Sorry - I had,already tried that with 2 different clock faces and it still will not swipe up.
