What to do when the Red X with a Red Circle around the X comes on you FitBit?

Thanks for your post. The red X inside a circle means that the firmware update process of your Ionic wasn't completed. That said, I recommend you to learn more about how to update the firmware version of your Fitbit device with the information that's specified on this help article.
