I have already contacted support and tried a factory reset with no success.
It was working until around 8pm today then the screen powered off and the green lights showing reading heart beat and not operational.
The battery was still showing at 64% within the app when it last connected.

Hi, I’ve just reported the same issue. Charge was full this morning and stopped sometime this evening. Device cannot be restarted and green sensor light constantly on when trying to charge.
