Ok. My new Ionic does not seem to want to charge. The screen is flashing the battery icon with 0% - I can't seem to do a reboot by pressing left button with bottom right button. Stuck
Any suggestions?

@Stripey I would say to contact Fitbit support if you have had it on charge for a while and nothing is happening. I have found them.to be most helpful in resolving issues.
