I previously had a fit bit blaze and whenever I raised my wrist my watch face automatically lit up and displayed the time, my ionic watch does not. Is there something I have not set up properly.

With your latest update, do a long press of the left button to reach the Screen Wake setting and set to Auto.

Hey there @Yracette, welcome! I'm glad to hear that you were able to manage the settings of your screen after checking what @SunsetRunner posted. Smiley Very Happy

For future references, I'd recommend taking a look at: What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update? So you can have the new information after an update on your tracker.

In case you have some spare time, I would like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you will find great tips and encouragement from other members and if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted!

Thank you. 🙂  This worked.  It seems to me that this action should be in the setting page.  This was a mystery hide.

I can read about the changes but would most likely forget what I read.

None of these things worked for me. My wrist tilt worked perfectly till a few days ago.

If I swipe to the right from the ‘Home’ screen, (the one showing the time, right?), I either have to put my code in, which accesses nothing, or nothing happens at all.

If I Long press the left hand button, my credit card comes up, as it always has done.

So frustrating when it used to work perfectly, and I didn’t change anything as far as I’m aware.

Any suggestions anyone?

When you reach that credit card screen, swipe left or right to get Screen Wake screen and set to Auto.

Surely sounds like your preferences and security settings changed. Try
checking the settings for auto lock in the ionic portion of your account
page in the app and choose Enabled for FitPay only. That might resolve one
or both your problems.
