I just bought Fitbit Ionic 2 weeks ago. The Bluetooth was always auto disconnected and unable to see the incoming WhatsApp from the watch. Is anyone facing the same issue?

@Pretty-Ling A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.

I would like you to confirm that your phone operating system is compatible with the Fitbit app:

  • Apple iOS 12.2 or higher
  • Android OS 7.0 or higher
  • Windows 10 version 1607.0 or higher

Please confirm you did this procedure to set your notifications. Also, reply to the following questions:

- Which mobile phone do you have?

- Is your Bluetooth always on?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
