Hi @Stilts39 and welcome to the forums. It seems very strange that you only see one clock face for your Ionic. Please restart your Ionic (instructions are here) then close the Fitbit app on your iPhone ... power the iPhone off completely ... wait several minutes ... then power it back on. Try again to view the available clock faces in the app and let us know how it goes. It is possible that the clock face you had was developed by a third party and no longer available. But you should see others.
