@Casser   If you are asking about the Exercise Shortcut on the Exercise app, then that is done on the phone app.  Tap you profile picture > Ionic> Exercise Shortcuts and edit them there.

 

If you are asking about the left button shortcut on your Ionic, then do the following.  On the Ionic, swipe left until you get to the Settings (gear).  Tap on that, then scroll to Left Button option and change it.
