Hi,

my ionic does not register any steps (0 steps) even i walk or shake it.
and 0 heart rate even the heartrate detector keep sparkling.

Could anyone please help me to fix it?

Welcome to the Community @Jackyau. Thanks for mentioning the firmware version that you have. I'll be happy to help you with the steps and HR issue you're experiencing.

 

I would like you to restart your watch and regarding your heart rate please try the steps mentioned in this article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?.
