Ionic doesn't track heart rate and steps

After lots of tries to restart, update, reset the Fitbit ionic, it still doesnt count steps or tracks the heart rate.

The heart rate sensor is still flashing.

Maybe you could help me with my issue.

I recommend confirming that your device's firmware is updated: How do I update my Fitbit device? 

Please also make sure your watch is syncing. You can find the troubleshooting instructions here if you experience any difficulties with syncing.

Dear Liliya,

Tank you for your reply.

My ionic is now running on the latest firmware.

Syncinc works but I have no activity data in fact of the not working trackers and sensors.

Also something with the vibrating function of the ionic is not right. It vibrates hard and not as smooth as it did before i had this troubles with the sensors.
