Same as written by user Mangiapane, my Ionic suddenly stopped working without any reason. I'm trying to recharge it, but it doesn't work, watch is not charging.

Same here. It happened today? Could it be the ionics are having problems today, that two of us so far have this problem.

Same here - I'm wondering if there is something that happened due to the change over to 2021 - mine was working fine - Jan 1, 2021 Stopped working - HR, Steps, etc. Did not count- its still got power but not registering any data. Yesterday it started just counting steps which it is doing today - while laying on my dresser.
