yes, Karyn, it happened today. Altready fixed with a restart. Now it works again.
To restart: *For Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons.

Best AnswerSame here - I'm wondering if there is something that happened due to the change over to 2021 - mine was working fine - Jan 1, 2021 Stopped working - HR, Steps, etc. Did not count- its still got power but not registering any data. Yesterday it started just counting steps which it is doing today - while laying on my dresser.
