Screen is now duplicated at the top and bottom and goes fuzzy after around 5 seconds, so its impossible to use the menu

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To fix the uncommon issue that the display of your Ionic is experiencing, I recommend you to try our restart process and then please change its clock face. Let me know if the issue persists.

@RicardoFitbit I'm having the same issue and this is a replacement Ionic that FitBit sent me. Restarting it doesn't help.
