Ionic failure during workouts.

I have been using my Ionic over the past month tracking all my activities, mostly treadmill, and suddenly I have noticed the watch fails during my workouts (Shows the Download Icon).  I recently added my Pandora account to the Ionic, and this seems to be when the issue started.  Is anyone else having this issue, or is just me - or has anyone come-up with a solution to this same problem?

Hey there @CCPD342, thanks for stopping by! I haven't had a similar situation so far, let's try restarting your Ionic. Here are the steps:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Ionic doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Im curious @CCPD342 if you are using the Multisport Mode on the tracker or do you depend on auto detect?
