So today, just hours ago (29/07-19) I received my Fitbit Ionic, and I went to charge it (it came with 0% charge). But now a couple of hours later it's still in the charging port, and it's either completely black or just shows the logo on a black screen. Now it's just showing the logo and in a couple of minutes it'll just shut off completely. I've tried a factory reset (hold all 3 buttons down and so on...) but it just shuts off and doesn't turn on again. Later, a couple of minutes the logo shows up again, and for here on it just repeats to be on for a couple of minutes to being off again, then on, then off. Is this supposed to happen on the first charge?

No its not normal. It sounds defective.
But try to set it up if you have not done so and see if it helps
If you have trouble see this Article on Why cant I set up my Fitbit?
If it does not help then take it back and exchange it wherever you got it. Or contact support if you bought it here. Use the Help link at the top of the forum

The watch won't start up, so I can't connect to it with Bluetooth, and I know that there's nothing wrong with the Bluetooth on my phone, as I can use Bluetooth headphones, and my old watch also was connected via Bluetooth.
But thanks, I'll take it to the shop I bought it at. Luckily it's quite a big and trusted chain of shops, I hope they'll help me with the problems
