Purchased a ionic 2 months ago for my spouse. The metal piece on the band broke but caught before it dropped but it now will not charge or turn on. Have tried 2 different chargers and hooked up to a computer and ideas how to fix?

To better assist you with the battery not charging situation, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive?
