Due to ionic not syncing to my phone and loosing time. I've followed steps from I internet to do factory reset and now it's flashing the logo and nothing else. Won't do anything.

I would like you to confirm that you've restarted your Ionic. After this, if you're getting the Fitbit logo it can be that your watch isn't paired to your account anymore, please follow this procedure to set it up again.
