Can the gps on the Ionic be used for geocaching, and if so, what apps would work with it?  I currently use the Cachly app on my iPhone.

@t_lar, there isn't currently a geocaching app for the Ionic, but I would not be surprised to see one developed in the not-to-distant future given the popularity of it.

At this time, there aren't any geocaching apps on the Ionic - but any developer is free to create an app for the Ionic for geocaching. Hopefully soon because I'd love this too!

Thank you both for your replies. I received my new Ionic a few days ago and am working on learning the basics on it today. Can't wait to give it a real workout on the trails!

I had a Geocaching app for my Pebble that worked great. Hopefully one will come out for Ionic. Would be awesome to be able to Geocache without having to bring a phone along!
