@Amoush when you say 1/2 battery, but Fitbit shows 0%, what shows 1/2 battery? 🤔

Why would you enable swim mode prior to performing a firmware update? 🤔

Did you swim while wearing your Ionic prior to the problems you're now having? 🤔

What firmware were you using previously? Did the update complete before the problems? 🤔

You gotta provide some more details and what you've tried to better brainstorm possible solutions 🤓

According to this post, they'll be releasing the update in phases. Hopefully, they'll go smoothly ... We'll see 🙃

Thanks for getting back to me....

First off, i have the ionic. Please give instructions for that only.

Second, I cant turn the watch on AT ALL, I even had it charging just in case, and the watch is getting
very warm to the touch, and still no power.

Thanks, Ill wait for your response.

Sincerely,

Amoush

Having the same problem.  Phone's bluetooth isn't recognising the Ionic. Screen is frozen with the fitbit logo. Tried re-setting, but doesn't change anything.  After the logo flashes a  few times, it just stays on permanently. Frustrating, appreciate some help.

Thanks, I just checked and the message was that it is up to date. It actually refreshed a few days ago.

But the watch is still frozen. The logo is  displayed constantly until the battery runs out of power.
