Ionic has trouble syncing with my phone and it can take ages to finally get it to work...

My ionic seems to be very haphazard about syncing with my S8. It can take a frustratingly long and tedious procedure to get it to finally work. Involving endless cycles of turning Bluetooth on and off, refreshing app, turning phone on and off, turning watch on and off. It’s getting annoying...anyone know how this can be resolved/ should Fitbit replace my watch, I’ve had it a matter of months?

Just got mine less than two weeks ago. Nothing but trouble getting it to sync. So frustrating!

Sorry to hear you are experiencing similar issues! It seems the Bluetooth is unreliable. It’s not my phone as that’s relatively new and connects with everything fine. It’s on the compatible list as well. Maybe a Fitbit staffer will get back to us.
