Ionic hasn't synced in almost three weeks

Hi all-

 

I've had my Ionic since November. Syncing has always been inconsistent and spotty, but it always used to sync at least once a day. Now, my Ionic hasn't synced since April 11th. I've tried restarting my Ionic, deleting and redownloading the Fitbit app, clicking the Sync Now button. I don't know what to do.

 

Any thoughts?

What type of device are you trying to sync to?

@spell209 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for sharing the situation you are experiencing with Ionic not syncing.

 

Are you still experiencing the same? Please check that the mobile device you are using is showing under the list of supported devices.

 

If you are still experiencing the same, I'd recommend trying the following:

 

  • Force quit the Fitbit app. For instructions see the Apple help article.
  • Go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  • Open the Fitbit app.
  • If your Fitbit device didn't sync, restart your iPhone or iPad. For instructions see the Apple help article.
  • Open the Fitbit app.
  • If your Fitbit device didn't sync, restart it
  • If your Fitbit device won't sync after the restart, log in to your Fitbit account on a different phone, tablet, or computer and try to sync.
  • If your Fitbit device still doesn’t sync, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your iPhone or iPad and try to sync.
