Hi all,

Ever since the recent update, the reading for my heart rate has gone from 60bpm resting to 100bpm resting. Some of the time, there is no reading. There seems to be lots of posts regarding issues since the latest update. Anyone else having the same issue?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your Ionic during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
