Hello
Since the last update we received a few weeks ago that required me to re-calibrate, my ionic heart rate is out of whack. I never get in the peek zone even if my true heart rate measured with an oximeter says 177, the Ionic reads 155. This is really annoying. Is there any way to run a calibration ?

@alex.fitness A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
I appreciate the detailed information shared. I see where your disappointment is coming from, I'll be happy to help you.
If you're no longer receiving the calibration message then there's no need to do it. Regarding your heart rate data, as with all heart-rate tracking technology, accuracy is affected by personal physiology, device location on your arm, and type of movement.
For a more accurate heart-rate reading:
Additionally you may want to check the factors that can affect your heart-rate reading on your Fitbit device.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions!
