iphone 12 release date was october 23rd 2020, almost two months after, my ultra expensive kind of unusefull top of the pops fitbit premium device Ionic adidas, cannot sync with my iPhone 12.

 

This is just a drop of water on the huge pool of errors, mistakes, bad firmwares, bricked devices over the story of Ionic fitbit.

Not sure, how your product team see us costumers as valuable or they just think they can live on outside investment for ever and ever and ever... 

 

Now this said, Can we all have a correct date for the release of the firmware that will make Ionic device supported by iPhone 12.
Please do not reply again that the "engineers" are working on it.
2 months time is enough for:
- a analysis and requirements sprint of 1 week
- a development sprint of 2 weeks
- a QA sprint of 2 weeks
- a bugfix & QA sprint of 1 week

- a release 
We need a concrete date, not a thank you for your patience.

My Ionic syncs with my 12 mini. 

I do have everything turned off so no notifications come up on my watch.

 

If I do open the Fitbit app 80% of the time it says there is no Ionic connected. I have to restart the app for them to connect again.
