I have been through series of frustration with my Ionic. From Bluetooth issue to quick dissipation of battery and now black screen. The fitbit is actually working because I can see activities recorded in the app but the face is black. I have restarted several times to no avail. Please help, If you no how to fix this issue.
This is my 3rd fitbit, but I am not sure I will continue with fitbit.

Unfortunately, I will have to move away from fitbit after 3 different brands since 2016. The 1st one was the only brand that I enjoyed after which I got Surge. It developed a problem that cannot be resolved so they gave me some discount to purchase a new fitbit, I took it and bought ionic which is also fraught with many issues. Today, fit bit cannot resolve the issue. The solution to take 25 percent of another doesn't seem like a solution to me. I guess its time to move to a better reliable solution.
