Ionic intermittently resetting

Since installing a different clock face on my Ionic, it is intermittently resetting. It vibrates and when I look at the face, it is displaying the Fitbit logo then returns back to normal. It will sometimes reset whilst working out and am not sure whether it is still recording my workout or steps. Anyone else having this issue? I've only had the Ionic for about three weeks and am pleased with it in all other respects.

Your specs please?

Seeing forum posts here from my perspective it appears that clock faces are buggy. I wouldn't bother with them until the next firmware upgrade.

Try changing the clock face to a different one, and then back to the one you want (this helped me when I faced this with the cinemagraph face).

Also, in case you haven't, you can try resetting the ionic, by pressing the left and bottom buttons, until you see the logo.

Thanks FitAlexS. I won't bother changing the clock faces until the software is a bit more stable 😉

This has started happening to my fitbit this week, however i have not made any changes or even used any of the features, just been wearing it as a normal watch
