Ionic is a P.O.S

Don’t waist your money. It’s a piece of **ahem**! It has a firmware issue that never lets it sync without rebooting every time. I’ve tried Fitbit’s solution a number of times and it doesn’t work. One this piece breaks, like they typically do, I will be going with a better brand than Fitbit. More like **ahem**bit!

While I have encountered a few issues with my Ionic, I don't think it's fair to say,"It has a firmware issue that never lets it sync without rebooting every time." This is one issue I have not encountered. My Ionic syncs successfully each time I open the Fitbit app. It worked with my old Nexus 5X and has continued to sync successfully with my new Pixel 3. I do not need to restart my Ionic to achieve this.

I am not saying there is not a sync issue that many users are encountering, there certainly is. But it is not a systemic issue across every Ionic.

Returned my Ionic today.  Worst P.O.S. I've used in a long time.  Never got it to recognize wifi. The online help tried, but they couldn't figure it out.  Spent way too much time on it myself.  Figured I tried and decided if this simple thing couldn't work why would I keep this?  Yes, for those whose Ionic is currently working enjoy it while it last.  Just say I'm grateful I'm not having the issues other's are having.  But these support areas a filled with people who were and are having the same issues.  So it's not make belief.
