My Fitbit ionic is completely dead. It won’t turn on and won’t charge. It is not even a year old.

@MonBrima have you already tried my suggestion to clean the battery contacts on both the tracker and charger with 99% technical isopropyl alcohol? have you tried an alternate charger?

Thank you for the suggestion. I reset the watch and it appears to be working now.
