Useful response from Fitbit???

Has Anyone received a valid Specific Reason Why, recently, Fitbit Ionic & apparently, other models of Fitbit are intermittently updating Application data such as Sleep?  

Doing absolutely Nothing to correct the malfunction, suddenly the information update will occur whenever it happens!

Previously, I devoted Hours reinstalling software, reconfigured my Ionic & iPhone application without positive results. Sometime later suddenly two days including that day sleep data was updated to my iPhone Fitbit application. 
Hey MODERATOR this SUKS!  
NO! No more SOP... refer to help section, Blah blah BLAH 

PLEASE PROVIDE a Detailed reason Why this is happening, Not Only to Me but to a multitude of other Fitbit users

Hi @Ray_cm,

 

This is not the best way to contact someone immediately at Fitbit, your best option for that is to contact them via their Help Section .  From there, there's a multitude of ways to get in contact with a Fitbit employee who may be able to help you out.

Thank You for taking a moment to reply, no doubt, sincerely. Yes, I am mindful a direct approach Should Be the most expedient such as Twitter or eventually speaking with Support, once I determine the support phone number, which is Not, Listed along side “Speak with Support’?  Knowing from experience‘Support’ , usually are staffed by those who are least knowledgeable, relying on an FAQ application to answer questions usually relating to user errors & Not potential software errors relating to software patches & upgrades either of Fitbit and/or IPhone. Definitely, the issues are related to one or both, I mentioned because it is Very Unlikely a multitude of Us , suddenly developed the same problem simultaneously.  I feel FITBIT should have posted an Advisory considering the number of questions & complaints posted in various Fitbit Health forums 

I choose Not To dance to Fitbit’s SOP because there should be an easier method of contacting Fitbit without creating a Twitter account or searching through successive pages to locate the Support phone number. The Support phone number should be listed at the bottom of the first page 

 

Either the issue is addressed or in the neat future I choose , hopefully, a more reliable, comparable Alternative, replacing my Fitbit Ionic.  
Every Day is too Precious to allow insignificant distractions like a malfunctioning Fitbit to waste one’s time seeking a solution affecting not just Me but many Others, also 

 

That is Why my was less than vigorous. I expected Fitbit would monitor forums & address a recurring problem affecting many users, using different models of Fitbit, All with the same connectivity issues

You deserve an Update, if you want an Update.  

Hoping for the best, yet , prepared for less than expected, later this morning I intend to call Support.
