Won't charge. Won't turn on. I've cleaned the connectors and have tried to charge it on the computer and wall charger. Any help?? So frustrating 😫

same issue, purchased in May of 2020, I am told by support that they will let me have a small "discount" on a new one, that was their response after realizing this watch is now dead.

This started last night for me too. I just tried again and it won’t charge. Does this really mean it’s dead??

I’ll try a different charger too...although this one worked a few days ago. Ugh.

Mine suddenly stopped charging also! And like you i completely cleaned it, tried different chargers... nothing. I'm very disappointed.

Fitbit’s way of extracting more money from us idiots. Had you done the update? It’s killed many of our Ionics suspiciously since discontinuing the Ionic.

They cannot fix it and even though any Fitbit is less than a year old they won't warranty it due to store not being an "authorized retailer" so done with Fitbit

Not charging and nothing is helping. Left it charging overnight and still shows zero percent. Cleaned it and attached a new cord.

I watched some YouTube videos that recommended holding all three buttons down at tse time. After trying it a few times while charging, my Ionic rebooted and is working again

Saw the same thing, some variations of that also, having to do with letting it run down for a while, then plugging it in while doing it, also holding down bottom right and left buttons, nothing worked. All I get is a brightly lit battery symbol saying 0%
