Ionic is missing letters in words

My fit bit is missing letters in all words. For example the word exercise is exce s ze Or bike is b ke. It does this on all screens and even my notifications/text messages. Anyone else have this problem? I have restarted my watch and that has not helped. I am also up to date on updates. Anyone know how to fix this?

Welcome to the Community @Tawnyd. Thanks for the details mentioned and for making sure you have the latest firmware version. 

 

It's pretty weird that your Ionic is missing some letters. Since, you've tried restarting it but your Ionic is still not working normally, please try performing a factory reset. 

 

Keep in mind that the factory reset will delete all the information in your watch.
