Ionic is not getting third-party app notifications

App Notifications are not coming to the watch (Iconic). Text come through but since the app update I haven't received any from my sports application that always sent scores to my watch. Is this happening to anyone else?

Hey there @AGsr, thanks for stopping by! Have you tried restarting your Ionic? Since your Ionic can receive app notifications make sure you can receive app notifications on your phone. For example, you can receive Facebook notifications on your Fitbit device, but only if you also receive them on your phone. Find the notifications permissions under Settings > Notifications.

 

1. In the phone itself  select "Settings", "Notifications", "Sports" then ensure "Allow Notifications" is enabled.

2. In Sports  "Settings" and ensure "Show Notifications" is enabled.

 

As Ionic can receive notifications from other apps on your phone, tap App Notifications and make your choices. If an installed app is missing from the list, sync your device and then check again.
