Since the latest Outlook update on Android i haven't been able to get email notifications. I still get calender and meetings.
Anyone else having an issue or know why only email has failed.

Welcome on board @RickGs, it's nice to see you here! From the clock screen, hold the back button and then swipe to the quick settings screen. Make sure Notifications is set to On.
Notifications skip or stop occasionally for several reasons that don't suggest a problem with your device or the Fitbit app.
If the issue persists, let's setup the nofitications again:

Hi people,
Same problem AGAIN after the latest update of the Fitbit app. Using Outlook mobile (Office365) on my Android 9 device (Samsung S8).
I've tried EVERY possible fix, but without result... Please look into this once again.
