Ionic is not responding

My Fitbit ionic is totally dead. It was replaced by Fitbit in February at a cost to me for postage as I was unable to find the receipt (was a birthday gift for my gran who has now passed)..

 

Well it is is totally dead again. Gone through the numberius restarts etc and nothing. I have had it on charge now for 14 hrs and nothing. 

 

With now now I would have bought an Apple Watch. Gutted since this was an expensive watch.
