Please help me!


My Ionic is not showing any steps or heart rate anymore.

I was reading all topics about this problems, and I tried everything. However, it is still not working. 

Please help me! I really need this to work as soon as possible!

Are they showing on phone app but not on wrist?  If so try a different clock face, preferable one 'by Fitbit'.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

So it's not showing steps or heart rate on Ionic.  But it is showing the other data, just not steps or heart rate?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@Bellissima2  Within the Settings app, there is an option to turn Heart Rate on or off.  I would check that, but I'm afraid I have no idea why it wouldn't be counting steps.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
