Hi,
I just realized the clock on the charging screen is in 12h format, even if I chose the 24h format within the settings. Is this a bug?

Welcome on board @Retro64, it's nice to see a new member around! Hmmm.... this is very strange. I'd recommend restarting your Ionic by following these steps:
Also, I'd suggest to switch the format as a workaround. If you have it set to 24hrs, change it to 12hrs and sync your tracker after the change. Then, change it from 12hr to 24hr and sync again.
Hope this helps, keep me in the loop!

@MarreFitbitActually that did not work out. I was not able to resart via keypress (display turned black for a second and back on - which is kind weird and was new to me), so I shut the watch down via menu and restarted. But on the charging screen, the clock is still in 12h format. I am afraid of doing a factory reset. Did yesterday, as I had massive sync problems. But for now everything besides restart and 12h format seem to work.
Firmware 27.32.10.20
Edit: Restart via keypress worked from the menu - seem to be blocked from the Clock Face. But even this restart did not work out - the charging screen still shows 9:55pm while the Clock Face shows - correctly - 21:55.

I have a fitbit Alta and it does not turn off, I work 3rd shift and would like to change the settings to 24 hour not 12 hour. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to do this?
