My watch no longer counts my steps or heart rate but it is still tracking on my phone that it is linked with.  Thoughts??

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

A little confused I am @BobbyPrim5030 yes I would try @WendyB's suggestion with restarting .

You say your watch is not tracking steps, but the phone is. I'm going to assume it is the Fitbit app that is counting steps. Is this the mobile trac option with the Fitbit app that is counting steps?

Does the tracker still sync and then the synced steps show up in the app? ImI'i'm wondering since the phone can not monitor the heart rate.
