Ionic is not tracking resting heart rate

Heat Rate is recording and showing on heart Rate page, but RHR score is blank.

Regarding the resting heart rate tracking issue that your Fitbit Ionic has experienced, I'd like you to restart your Ionic as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your heart rate, including resting heart rate.

 

Finally, monitor your Ionic and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hey, I'm having the same issue. 

 

The HR tile is added on my phone, and I have the same issue on the online dashboard. 

 

It records my current HR. 

It records daily steps and sleep etc, and uploads/displays them on my phone. 

 

But the most recent resting HR shown on my phone is from the 19th Feb (today is the 22nd Feb) 

I've tried restarting the ionic and the Fitbit app on my phone

I just noticed I've also had basic sleep data since 19th too. Maybe that's related
